This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, working directly with users, and continually expanding their infrastructure and engineering skill set. The ideal candidate is technically curious, customer-focused, and comfortable working across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, endpoint technologies, and cloud-based services., + 4+ years of experience in technical support, desktop engineering, systems administration, or a related IT role. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. + Hands-on experience supporting Windows environments. + Working knowledge of Active Directory and/or Entra ID. + Experience supporting Microsoft 365. + Understanding of fundamental networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi. + Experience with an enterprise ticketing/ITSM platform such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar. + Strong communication and customer-service skills. + Ability to prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced environment. + Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
