Experience parsing and ingesting various file types (large media files, etc.) Strong experience designing and operating event-driven distributed systems using technologies such as Kafka, AWS Kinesis, or equivalent messaging platforms. Strong experience with microservices, MVC, and event-driven architectures Strong experience with JPA / Hibernate Strong database design skills with PostgreSQL (advanced SQL) and DynamoDB, including schema design, optimization, and performance tuning Solid test automation experience using JUnit and Cucumber Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and/or similar CI/CD tools Strong ownership and self-management in a fast-paced Agile environment, with the ability to independently deliver end-to-end solutions, resolve blockers, and communicate effectively in English Ability to provide 6 hours overlap with US Central Time (CT) on business days (till 2 pm CT latest) Nice to Have Advanced SQL expertise, including designing, writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex analytical queries against large and complex datasets.
