 * Autodesk Applications
 * Bentley Applications
 * Basic SQL
 * Basic understanding of CAD Applications
 * HQMS
 * Clarity
 * Production/Application Support

## Description

* Install, configure, and support Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Engineering Applications.
 * Provide Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) for engineering applications.
 * Troubleshoot application, database, and hybrid cloud issues.
 * Manage and resolve Severity 1 & Severity 2 incidents, ensuring timely service restoration.
 * Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
 * Follow ITIL best practices, including:

 * Incident Management
 * Problem Management
 * Change Management
 * Knowledge Management
 * Track and report incidents using ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
 * Communicate technical issues effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
