## About the Role

* 10+ years of network engineering experience.
 * Strong OT / industrial / manufacturing networking experience.
 * Enterprise LAN/WAN networking experience.
 * Network segmentation and secure network design.
 * IDMZ architecture and OT cybersecurity concepts.
 * Routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and network redundancy.
 * Network monitoring and troubleshooting, including high-availability environments.
 * Experience supporting plant-floor, automation, and edge-connected systems.
 * Experience with deployments, maintenance windows, cutovers, and operational support.
 * Ability to work with both IT and plant engineering teams.
 * Strong communication, ownership, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

 * Manufacturing, industrial, or plant-floor environment experience.
 * Automation, controls, or industrial systems networking.
 * Large-scale OT network deployments or plant modernization.
 * CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or similar networking/security certification.
 * Experience developing OT network standards, deployment procedures, or architecture guidance.
 * Experience working with production engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.

## Description

* Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
 * Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
 * Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
 * Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
