In this environment, candidates … + 10 days ago ## Description * Serve as the primary point of contact for business users regarding: * Veeva QMS application issues * Service requests * System inquiries * Provide L3 support and administration for Veeva QMS. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve: * Incidents * Defects * Production issues * Ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLA timelines. * Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues. * Implement corrective and preventive actions to address recurring problems. * Manage: * User access * Security roles * Permissions * System configurations * Ensure access and configuration activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. * Support Veeva Vault releases, including: * Impact assessments * Regression testing * Validation support * Deployment activities * Coordinate with: * Veeva Support * Vendors * Internal IT teams * Resolve complex technical and application issues. * Maintain application documentation, including: * Knowledge articles * Support procedures * System configuration records * Support data management activities, including: * Data corrections * Bulk updates * Data migration-related activities * Participate in change management processes, including: * Impact analysis * Testing * Implementation * Post-deployment support * Collaborate with: * Quality teams * Regulatory teams * Validation teams * Business teams * Identify opportunities for continuous application and support process improvements.
