## Description

This role is ideal for someone with Epic BI experience who enjoys turning healthcare data into actionable information for clinical and operational leaders. You'll work closely with Epic reporting tools such as Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Workbench, and Slicer Dicer to improve data access, reporting accuracy, and overall decision-making across the enterprise.

What You'll Be Doing

 + Developing and enhancing Epic-based reporting and analytics solutions

 + Working with Epic Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle data structures

 + Building reports and dashboards using tools like Workbench and Slicer Dicer

 + Writing and optimizing SQL queries to support reporting needs

 + Improving data models and reporting performance

 + Partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful business and clinical insights

 + Supporting the organization's Epic optimization roadmap and BI modernization efforts
