## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience leading Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Talent Management System (TMS) technical implementations for SaaS and cloud-based platforms and products
 * Experience implementing and configuring enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS), including system build activities, data migration, testing and staging environments, deployment, or user training in a cloud-based environment
 * Experience working with customers to successfully conduct technology-based needs assessments, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements
 * Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment
 * Experience using Microsoft Office
 * Experience facilitating or working on Agile teams
 * Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree

 * Experience delivering professional services to the federal government
 * Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites
 * Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
 * Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills
 * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology
 * Project Management Certification

## Description

Provide strategic and tactical advice and develops learning solutions on learning technology systems and cloud-based technologies, including learning management systems (LMS) to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. Apply advanced advisory skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and may supervise team members.
