Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple layers: firewalls routing switching WAN connectivity VPN/IPsec monitoring and logs Experience with firewalls, ideallyPalo Alto, but equivalent experience with Fortinet, Cisco ASA/FTD, Check Point or similar is also relevant. Good understanding of routing and switching fundamentals. Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira or similar. Experience with operational processes: incident management, change management, escalation, documentation and handover. Ability to understand business/service impact, not only technical symptoms.
