Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or developing IT professionals.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Candidates will be especially strong if they have:
Led IT operations for multiple hospitals or healthcare facilities.
Supported enterprise-level EHR platforms.
