## Description

+ Approves and monitors the technical support workflow for a diverse range of hardware and software platforms.

 + Coordinate the resolution of escalated technical issues involving network connectivity and enterprise applications.

 + Authorize the distribution of IT assets and the maintenance of detailed equipment inventories for organizational accountability.

 + Oversee the day-to-day operation of Information Technology and Security Groups within a regional distribution framework.

 + Coordinate technical assistance for forward-deployed personnel to ensure the continuous availability of critical mission systems.

 + Validate the setup and maintenance of secure IT infrastructure required for large-scale military exercises in the Pacific.

 + Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
