The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee._ ## Description **Your Opportunity:** Taylor Corporation is seeking a highly experienced and collaborative **Director, Technical Architecture** to lead the design, development, and integration strategy for enterprise applications leveraging Oracle Cloud Fusion, including business functions such as quote-to-cash, order management, procure to pay, finance, tax, and ancillary sub-systems. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Systems and Digital Transformation, this role is responsible for defining architectural standards for our enterprise-wide digital transformation initiative (code name: Horizon), ensuring seamless integration across Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), other homegrown and legacy 3rd party systems, and guiding engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with organizational goals. **Work Authorization:** To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
