Your core responsibilities include: * Infrastructure Administration: Administer and optimize Windows/Linux server environments, manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, oversee DNS/DHCP, and drive bulletproof backup, recovery, and disaster recovery initiatives. * Desktop & End-User Empowerment: Own the lifecycle of our workstations, laptops, and peripherals. Build out golden images, streamline deployment processes, and serve as the advanced escalation tier for complex technical roadblocks. * Mobile Device Management (MDM): Administer platforms like Microsoft Intune or Workspace ONE to secure, configure, and manage smartphones, tablets, and BYOD environments seamlessly. * Security & Compliance: Guard our endpoints with EDR, antivirus, and vulnerability management tools.
