Your role in our mission

 * Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers by answering inbound calls and responding to EDI-related inquiries.
 * Research, troubleshoot, and resolve provider issues or escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate teams.
 * Conduct outbound follow-up calls and communications to ensure timely resolution of provider requests.
 * Process provider and member updates while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards.
