## Description

The Tennessee Department of Health is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to support the Ryan White Part B AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), including the Insurance Assistance Program (IAP) and HIV Drug Assistance Program (HDAP). This role provides enrollment support, technical assistance, issue resolution, documentation, and stakeholder coordination for healthcare and public health program operations. Responsibilities
Support Ryan White field case managers with IAP enrollment, eligibility, renewals, and program participation.
Provide technical assistance and resolve client and program-related issues affecting insurance coverage and medication access.
Collaborate with TDH staff, healthcare providers, vendors, case managers, and community partners to coordinate issue resolution.
Document client interactions, research findings, actions taken, resolutions, and follow-up activities.
