* Experience with C# .NET, Web API, and Angular 16+;
 * Experience with SQL and Azure DevOps;
 * Experience with Git version control;
 * Experience with modern application development frameworks, programming languages, and secure coding practices;
 * Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile;
 * Experience with business process analysis, functional design principles, documentation standards, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition;
 * Experience with legacy systems architecture, dependencies, technologies, and integration points;
 * Experience with full-cycle application development, including coding, unit testing, documentation, code reviews, and pull request submission;
 * Experience with developing, enhancing, and maintaining application components that meet functional and technical requirements;
 * Experience with developing APIs, system interfaces, and automation workflows;

Preferred:

 * Experience with a Computer Science or MIS degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education (3-5 years)

* Develop, enhance, and maintain application components that meet functional and technical requirements;
 * Perform full-cycle application development, including coding, unit testing, documentation, and code reviews;
 * Develop APIs, system interfaces, and automation workflows to support modernization efforts;
 * Develop clear, actionable user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog;
 * Collaborate with technical staff, analysts, testers, and project managers to translate specifications into production-ready software;
