Buscamos Ingeniero/a de Software COBOL - Perfil Experto Barcelona / Modalidad híbridaEn ACT Digital ampliamos nuestro equipo para participar y liderar nuevos desarrollos dentro de proyectos estratégicos en el sector de Banca.Si eres un/a referente técnico en entornos mainframe y el sector banca te apasiona, queremos conocerte.¿Qué harás?Diseñarás, programarás y mejorarás componentes en distintos sistemas y aplicaciones en entorno COBOL, CICS y DB2, aplicando prácticas ágiles para ofrecer soluciones escalables, de alto rendimiento y adaptadas a las necesidades del negocio.?? Asumir la propiedad de componentes de software, garantizando su calidad y rendimiento.?? Apoyar y liderar un equipo técnico (onshore + offshore), guiando a perfiles con menos experiencia.?? Contribuir a las decisiones arquitectónicas y de diseño para mejorar la escalabilidad y mantenibilidad del sistema.?? Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para alinear las soluciones con los objetivos empresariales.??
