Soft Skills * Excellent communication and leadership * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills during high-pressure * Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a dynamic construction Preferred Certifications * Certified Commissioning Professional (CxA / BCxP / CCP / CPMP) * Data center-related certifications (Uptime, BICSI, DCPro,) * Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus * OSHA 30, NFPA 70E training Physical Demands: * Ability to continuously sit, stand or * Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift * Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Work environment: * Work is performed on an active construction site * May require lifting equipment, navigating mechanical spaces, and working around high-voltage * Must adhere to strict safety protocols and PPE ## Description The Data Center Commissioning Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and executing end-to-end commissioning activities for mission-critical data centers. This role ensures all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), controls, and life-safety systems are installed, tested, and operating according to design intent, safety standards, and performance requirements. The position involves collaboration with construction teams, design engineers, vendors, and operations teams to deliver a fully validated facility ready for turnover., Commissioning Leadership * Lead the full commissioning multi-level verification process for a new data * Develop and manage commissioning plans, scripts, and * Ensure all commissioning activities adhere to industry best practices such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IEEE, and Uptime Institute standards.
