## About the Role

* Proven experience with Time and Attendance and Scheduling applications. Preferably 3 - 5 years' experience with UKG - Pro Workforce Management and Scheduling (formerly known as Dimensions) and/or Kronos iSeries
 * Strong knowledge of timekeeping and payroll functions
 * Helpful if experience with building both work/daily and pay period rules, holidays, and pay codes in UKG - ProWFM and/or iSeries

Skills:

 * Ability to work independently, retain flexibility and maintain composure under pressure
 * Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine root causes
 * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff to exchange information, including providing training and development to less experienced analysts
 * Ability to interpret customer needs to support the configuration of application.
 * Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
 * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers
 * Ability to maintain confidential information is mandatory, Baccalaureate degree

## Description

* Understand and interpret timekeeping records and pay codes used in UKG ProWFM
 * Identify differences between Kronos iSeries and UKG ProWFM
 * Run UKG ProWFM dataviews, reports, and balance these reports accordingly
 * Understanding and determining the changes associated with timekeeping records (i.e. Work Rule Transfers, Labor Category Transfers, Business Structure, etc.) …adjustment rules/triggers that would identify timekeeping changes
 * Interpret customers' needs/issues/questions (whether via email, ticket system, phone call, etc.) and be able to respond to them accordingly
 * Create hyperfinds in UKG ProWFM
 * Understanding the People setup for employees and managers in UKG ProWFM
 * Editing/changing/etc. time records in UKG ProWFM (whether in the schedule or timecard)
 * Understanding schedules in UKG ProWFM
