Position requires experience in the following:

 * Electromigration and IR drop concept, impact, and mitigation;
 * EMIR flow methodology and analysis tool;
 * RTL level digital circuit design, simulation, physical design and verification;
 * CMOS transistor level circuit design, simulation, physical design and verification;
 * Verilog / VHDL;
 * Front-End ASIC design tools (simulation, synthesis, static timing analysis);
 * Back-End EDA tools (physical design, back-end verification);
 * Unix/Linux environments; and
 * C/C++, TCL, and Python.

Experience may be gained through graduate-level coursework, research, or internship experience.
