Here, you will make an impact by: + Designing, coding, and maintaining automated tests for server-side software components, APIs, services, and integrations. + Developing and enhancing reusable automation frameworks, test utilities, mock services, and validation tools. + Appling security best practices, including encryption and secure communications, across system design and implementation. + Troubleshooting and optimizing software performance, reliability, and interoperability across hardware and software interfaces. + Identifying, documenting, troubleshooting, and tracking software defects in collaboration with development teams. + Providing technical leadership on a cross-functional team and contribute to engineering best practices appropriate for a mid-senior level role., All US-based 3M full time employees will need to sign an employee agreement as a condition of employment with 3M.
