Additional Requirements: - Must be a U.S. Citizen per contract requirements. - Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance. - Must be able to satisfy all contractual and government-designated eligibility requirements applicable to the position. - Must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications in good standing. - Must be able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, mission-focused environment and adapt to changing operational priorities. - Travel or nonstandard work hours may be required based on program and customer needs. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree or advanced credential in a human performance, rehabilitation, clinical, nutrition, or leadership-related discipline. - Prior experience supporting SOF, military, tactical, federal, or other high-demand operational populations. - Experience supporting POTFF or a similar integrated human performance, readiness, resilience, or force preservation program. - Familiarity with program evaluation, data-informed decision-making, quality assurance, and performance reporting.
