V. Highly Desirable Knowledge & Preferred Background * Deep knowledge of SNAP eligibility determination, SNAP Quality Control concepts, benefit calculations, and verification processes. * Understanding of household/case eligibility workflows, payment errors, program-integrity controls, and policy-to-system business rules. * Background in State HHS agencies, SNAP eligibility modernization projects, Medicaid/integrated eligibility programs, federal/state benefits consulting firms, or SNAP QC/program integrity teams. ## Description The State of Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking an electronic data analytics solution and related professional services to support the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) eligibility determination process. The Advanced Analytics and Eligibility Integrity System (AAEIS) is intended to reduce eligibility determination errors, improve program integrity, and generate decision-support recommendations. II. Role Summary We are looking for an experienced SNAP/Public Benefits Eligibility Subject Matter Expert (SME) who understands eligibility determination policy, processes, quality-control requirements, error analysis, program integrity, and operational workflows. The SME will bridge the gap between DCF's eligibility/business operations and the technical/analytics team, ensuring the solution aligns with actual SNAP eligibility rules. III.
