Experience with IT environments supporting model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and modeling and simulation (M&S) tools is highly desirable., Required : * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. * 7+ years supporting DoD technical programs. * Experience managing technical projects, schedules, budgets, procurement, and program execution. * Experience developing and maintaining IMS using Microsoft Project or similar tools. * Demonstrated experience with DoD RMF and government IT system accreditation/compliance. * Experience supporting RDT&E programs and multidisciplinary technical teams. * Strong technical writing, organizational, communication, analytical, and leadership skills. * U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. * Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA at least four days per week. Desired: * Active DoD Secret clearance. * Experience supporting the Department of the Navy, ONR, NAVWAR, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NATO, or NIWC. * Experience with ATO/IATT processes, eMASS, NIST SP 800-53, DoD 8510.01, and DISA STIGs. * Experience supporting IT environments hosting MBSE or M&S tools such as ANSYS, Cameo, SolidWorks, or OpenFOAM; cloud experience preferred. * PMP, Security+, CISSP, or similar certifications. * Experience with Agile project management, technical proposals/business development, or international defense programs. ## Description The Systems Integration Manager will coordinate across program management, engineering, cybersecurity, acquisition, and operational stakeholders.
