## About the Role

Compensaciones / Beneficios * Provide 3rd-level support for SAP HCM, including payroll processing and time evaluation * Manage incident and problem resolution and implement system enhancements * Plan and coordinate projects and external resources within your remit * Implement support packages efficiently and apply legal changes * Design and optimize HR processes and systems in SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT, OM) * Contribute to ESS/MSS and SuccessFactors-related activities * Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in a global environment * Support Austrian payroll/time management processes when applicable Responsabilidades * 3-5 years of professional SAP HCM experience * Solid knowledge of PA, PY including schemas and rules, PT, certification, and OM * Experience or knowledge of Austrian payroll and time management advantageous * ABAP programming skills are a strong plus * Knowledge of ESS/MSS; experience with SuccessFactors desirable * Strong English; German
