## Description

The Mainframe Security & IAM Specialist contributes to the management and evolution of Identity & Access Security services in mainframe environments, with a particular focus on RACF and related IAM processes and tools. The role works closely with internal teams to support secure access management, compliance activities, and the continuous improvement of security services. Architecture & Solution Support * Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of RACF-based IAM solutions across multi-country environments. * Support the definition of access models, roles and authorization structures. * Collaborate with teams involved in: o IAM platforms and integration initiatives o SIEM and monitoring solutions * Assist in the adoption of common security standards and configurations across environments. Security Governance & Compliance * Support compliance activities related to internal controls and audit requirements (e.g. ISAE 3402). * Contribute to access certification and
privileged account review processes. * Assist in the collection of audit evidence, reporting activities and remediation follow-up. Mainframe IAM Service Support * Contribute to the management of the Mainframe IAM service lifecycle. * Support service monitoring activities, backlog management and SLA tracking. * Participate in the implementation and maintenance of standard processes and workflows, including ServiceNow-based processes. * Identify opportunities for service improvements and share recommendations with the team. Projects & Technology Evolution * Participate in projects related to Mainframe Security and RACF environments. * Support initiatives involving RACF administration tools, including migrations and technology upgrades. * Contribute to project planning, effort estimation and solution implementation activities. * Assist in modernization and optimization initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration * Provide technical expertise on Mainframe IAM and RACF
