We would like you to bring: - 5+ years of experience leading CRM implementation and integration projects (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP CRM, Oracle Siebel, etc.), covering the full cycle from requirements gathering to delivery. - At least 3 years of external consulting experience, handling multiple projects simultaneously with a pragmatic mindset. - University degree in Business Administration, Digital Business Management, Business Informatics, or a related field. If coming from a technical background, additional training in business administration or marketing is required. - Further education in Project Management (e.g. PMI/PMP, IPMA, CAS, etc.) or proven practical experience managing complex projects. Certified Scrum Master or demonstrated track record leading projects using agile methodologies. - Strong technical affinity, with either a technical background or high motivation to work in the field of digital transformation. Enjoys working alongside technical colleagues. - Native level of German (understanding Swiss German is a strong asset) and very good English skills (minimum C1 level).
