Strong experience developing software in Go / Golang
Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
Experience building Kubernetes Controllers, Operators or working with Cluster API ecosystems
Good understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
Experience with CI/CD tooling, automation and Infrastructure as Code
Comfortable operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters
Exposure to highly secure or isolated infrastructure environments is a plus
Strong communication skills in English
Nice to Have
Experience with multi-cluster orchestration
Knowledge of GitOps practices
Exposure to platform engineering or internal developer platforms
Familiarity with air-gapped or highly regulated environments
