## About the Role

3+ years of experience in data platform, data engineering, or platform/infrastructure roles in production.
Hands-on
Snowflake or similar
experience as a platform, not only as a SQL engine: you know what storage integrations, stages, shares, warehouses and the RBAC model are and when to use each.
Solid experience with
Terraform
or equivalent IaC.
Experience with
Apache Airflow
or a comparable orchestrator, including operating it and not only writing DAGs.
Experience with
AWS
(S3, IAM) and working knowledge of what Iceberg tables are and how they fit into a lakehouse.
Daily usage of
GitHub
for version control and
CI/CD , and a security-first mindset.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English B1 or higher.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with
Iceberg tables on AWS
(Glue Catalog, Lake Formation, S3 Tables, Athena or Snowflake Iceberg).
Experience with
data observability
or
Snowflake cost
tooling such as Synq, Monte Carlo or SELECT.dev.
Experience with
dbt ,
