The IT Sr. Manager, Product Management - Patient Experience is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and ongoing management of CRM and digital capabilities that enable seamless, patient-centered experiences across Patient Support Programs. This role owns the evolution and operational performance of core Patient Experience platforms (e.g., Janssen CarePath), ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.
