## About the Role

Do you have experience in Communication skills?, * Knowledge of network connectivity, network security, and Wi-Fi environments

 * Working understanding of Windows environments and common operating systems
 * Ability to work with a wide range of customers and vendors (technical and non-technical)
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to gather and clarify technical information
 * Proactive, solutions-oriented problem solver
 * Ability to travel locally to client sites
 * Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and written documentation, * Previous network or field experience preferred but not required
 * Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, ports, SMTP, FTP, SMB, etc.)
 * Experience supporting Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft applications
 * Strong customer-facing communication skills
 * Valid driver's license with clean driving record (must be 21 or older)

Bonus Skills

 * Familiarity with Mac OS environments
 * CompTIA Network+ certification
 * Experience working alongside IT professionals
