## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Working on construction projects?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in a GIS-related discipline (or equivalent experience).

 * Proficiency in ESRI GIS software: ArcPro, Collector, ArcOnline, ArcGIS Desktop 10.x, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Server.
 * Field data collection experience (telecom or utility work preferred).
 * Knowledge of Outside Plant Telecom and/or utility-related construction practices preferred.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
 * Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet customer specifications.
 * Travel required: This role involves regular travel to job sites.
 * Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a substance abuse screening test.

What You'll Do:

 * Conduct field data collection and GIS mapping.
 * Assist with Outside Plant Telecom projects and utility-related construction work.
 * Digitize, edit, integrate, verify, and manage geospatial data and attributes using GIS software.
 * Compile, extract, and organize geographic data from a variety of sources.
 * Produce time-sensitive GIS reports and maps for clients, ensuring deadlines are met.
 * Perform database design and GIS analysis to generate summary statistics for telecom design.
 * Convert GIS databases between multiple formats, including shapefiles, geodatabases, Excel, KMZ/KML.
 * Continuously improve operations, streamline work processes, and adapt to changing priorities.
