## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Biblical Spanish-speaking Property Manager to oversee residential properties within our community. This role requires a passionate individual who can manage property operations with enthusiasm, ensuring exceptional service for residents and maintaining the property's integrity. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a deep understanding of property management regulations, and fluency in both Spanish and English.  * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, and other legal requirements such as Landlord-Tenant Law
 * Utilize property management software such as rent manager and AppFolio for data entry, reporting, and record keeping
 * Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality
 * Handle legal administrative tasks related to contracts, notices, filings, and dispute resolution with professionalism and clarity
