1-3 Years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, or Business/BI Consulting; Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field; Solid knowledge of P&L, operating margins, and business cost structures; Intermediate or advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau; Practical SQL knowledge for data exploration; Ability to structure complex problems and explain them clearly to technical profiles, owners, and operations directors; Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Notion; Nice to have: Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or B2B SaaS; interest or applied experience in Generative AI and LLM integration into data workflows; knowledge of cloud data architecture, including BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
