## About the Role

We are looking for a QA / Test Engineer with solid experience in enterprise software quality assurance, preferably within utility, billing, financial, CRM, ERP, or other high-volume customer platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong functional testing expertise with API, integration, data validation, automation, and regression testing skills.
You should have a risk-based testing mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a focus on ensuring billing accuracy, financial reconciliation, and high-quality releases.
Experience with test automation, SQL, CI/CD practices, and modern testing frameworks is highly valued., 4+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance within enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of:
Functional Testing
End-to-End Testing
Integration Testing
Regression Testing
Risk-Based Testing
Defect Management
Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and migration testing.
Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks and automated regression suites.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and automated test execution.
Ability to analyze complex business rules, pricing structures, effective-dated logic, financial calculations, and exception flows.
Experience with automation technologies such as:
Cucumber
JUnit
REST Assured
Selenium
Strong communication skills and the ability to produce clear test evidence and defect documentation.
Good spoken and written English.
Nice to have
Utility industry experience, especially customer information and billing platforms.
