In this role, you'll be part of Platform Engineering, a centralized organization that builds scalable engineering solutions so product and application teams can stay focused on delivering business value. Platform Engineering designs and delivers core capabilities across the engineering ecosystem, including optimizing CI/CD pipelines, building automation to enforce security and compliance standards, developing tools that extend cloud platform functionality, and eliminating manual toil through smart automation. This position is based in Westlake, Texas and combines hands-on software development with technical leadership. You will play a key role in setting engineering standards, influencing platform architecture, and mentoring engineers across the team., * Work with product management on requirements, decompose epics into stories, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations * Build scalable, resilient, cloud-based systems aligned with our long-term strategy * Provide outstanding support, including on-call support when necessary * Deliver platform strategy through high quality iterative releases continually providing features to stakeholders. * Mentor junior software engineers The Team This is a central team providing solutions that scale to benefit the enterprise.
