## About the Role

Do you have experience in Customer relationship building?, Candidate applying should meet the following requirements:

 * Sales experience, 1 year preferred, of industry experience or equivalent
 * Degree related or equivalent education
 * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
 * Ability to understand and communicate Managed IT services and solutions to non-technical audiences
 * Self-starter with a growth mindset and drive to exceed targets
 * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
 * Proficiency with CRM tools (experience with Freshsales CRM and Quoter is a plus)
 * Familiarity with Managed IT services, Microsoft 365, device management, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity is preferred

Job Type: Part-time, * Do you have experience in B2B sales?, * Managed IT sales: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

This position with its responsibilities shall be performed remotely. However, candidates located in the Greater Conshohocken, Pennsylvania area shall be preferred., Candidate applying will be expected to:

 * Prospect and engage with potential clients via phone, email, social media, and networking
 * Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and present tailored solutions
 * Create and deliver proposals for managed services, projects, and licensing
 * Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing
 * Identify and develop business opportunities with existing customers
 * Present Colletti Tech's services, focusing on managed IT solutions, cybersecurity, and cloud offerings
 * Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates on activities and opportunities
 * Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
