## About the Role

of the B2C Tribe with other engineering managers, staff engineers, and architects.Make sure your team is heard, fully motivated and aligned with the rest of the teams in the tribe and in the engineering department as a whole.Hire, mentor and motivate engineering talent.Give constructive feedback, performance reviews and compensation reviews to your team.Leverage AI to enhance everyday engineering work by accelerating development, improving code quality, automating repetitive tasks, and enabling smarter decision-makingYou will report directly to the B2C Head of Engineering, and you will peer up with the other engineering managers and senior individual contributors.Who you areYou have already coached and mentored 5+ people teams, including senior software engineers, for at least 3 years.You have experience leading a high-performing technical team in a distributed environment.Self-motivated, curious and passionate engineer at heart.Have an excellent grasp of system design and modern
