Foster a culture of innovation within the SAP practice, staying abreast of industry trends, and proactively introducing cutting-edge solutions to meet client requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges and provide innovative SAP solutions. Oversee global delivery of high-quality SAP solutions to clients, adopt best practices. Provide visionary leadership to the SAP practice, inspiring and motivating a high-performing team. Own the P&L of the SAP practice, implementing effective financial strategies to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness, managing the practice budget, and ensuring financial targets and profitability goals are met, with tight monitoring and control of project costs, scope, and schedule, to optimize resource utilization.
