 * 8 10+ years of software engineering experience
 * Strong experience building production AI/LLM applications
 * Hands-on experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI systems
 * Experience with:

 * RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
 * AI orchestration workflows
 * Function/tool calling
 * Autonomous agent workflows
 * Strong programming experience in Python or Java
 * Experience with:

 * LangChain / LangGraph
 * Semantic Kernel
 * OpenAI APIs & Function Calling
 * Azure AI Foundry / AWS Bedrock / Vertex AI
 * CrewAI / AutoGen (preferred)
 * Cloud-native development experience:

 * APIs & Microservices
 * Docker & Kubernetes
 * CI/CD pipelines
 * Terraform / Helm
 * Experience deploying scalable enterprise applications into production
 * Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, logging, and production support
