* Strong hands-on experience with GoLang (Golang)
 * Experience building Microservices Architecture
 * REST API / gRPC development
 * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
 * Cloud exposure preferred (AWS or Google Cloud Platform)
 * CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
 * Strong understanding of distributed systems
 * Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
 * Agile/Scrum environment experience, * 8+ years of software development experience
 * 4+ years specifically in GoLang
 * Experience with Kubernetes orchestration
 * Exposure to financial or enterprise platforms is a plus
 * Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

## Description

* Design and develop scalable backend applications using GoLang
 * Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
 * Optimize application performance and scalability
 * Work closely with DevOps and Cloud teams
 * Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
 * Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability
 * Collaborate with frontend and cross-functional engineering teams
