## About the Role

A Snapshot of Your Day We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to support the Network Management Leadership Team within the Grid Technologies Switchgear Network Optimization (SG NM NOZ) organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of the Network Management function by providing administrative, organizational, and coordination support to the leadership team. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting calendar management, travel coordination, meeting organization, communication activities, reporting, and special projects. This position reports to the Head of Network Optimization. How You'll Make An Impact - Provide administrative and organizational support to the Network Operations Leadership Team. - Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, workshops, and leadership events across multiple time zones. - Organize travel arrangements, visa requests, expense, experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, team assistant, or coordinator role, you bring valuable expertise. - You have experience supporting senior managers or leadership teams in an international environment, showcasing your adaptability. - Your advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams, enable you to excel in this role. - You possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with fluency in English being essential.
