 * Bereitschaft, unsere Standorte in Österreich und im Ausland fallweise vor Ort zu unterstützen

## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur an nationalen und internationalen Standorten
 * Administration von Server-, Netzwerk- und Client-Systemen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft 365- und Azure-Umgebung (Azure AD, M365, MFA, Intune, Mobile Device Management)
 * Optimierung und Absicherung unserer Netzwerk-, Firewall- und Security-Landschaft
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Infrastruktur-, Netzwerk- und Systemumfeld
 * Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Anwender:innen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Mitarbeit an IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen IT-Dienstleistern
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards
 * Fallweise Unterstützung unserer Standorte in Österreich und im Ausland vor Ort
