## Description

* Du gestaltest die digitale Transformation unserer Kunden entlang durchgängiger Supply-Chain- und Logistikprozesse auf Basis von SAP S/4HANA (Cloud ERP und Cloud ERP Private)
 * Du analysierst End-to-End-Prozesse und verantwortest die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Transformations-, Rollout- und Implementierungsprojekten bis hin zur Entwicklung zukunftsfähiger Lösungsarchitekturen
 * Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei SAP-Transformationsprojekten, Rollouts und Conversion-Initiativen von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live
 * Du berätst unsre Kunden zu Prozessoptimierungen, Best Practices und neuen technologischen Möglichkeiten rund um SAP S/4HANA, Automation und A
 * Du übernimmst die fachliche Steuerung von Workshops, erarbeitest Zielarchitekturen und übersetzt Business-Anforderungen in nachhaltige SAP-Lösungen
