* Strong experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach in enterprise environments.
 * Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.

 * Experience working with distributed and europe / german teams.

## Description

The project focuses on strengthening agile delivery and operational excellence within the T-IAA ING organization. The Scrum Master / Agile Expert supports multiple agile teams in scaling agile practices, improving collaboration, and ensuring reliable delivery of business and IT initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

 * Jira and Confluence.
 * MS Teams.
 * Miro / Whiteboard tools.
 * GitLab - Wiki, Boards.
 * Activity description and concrete tasks:
 + Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective).
 + Coach teams in agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
 + Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
 + Remove impediments and dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
 + Drive continuous improvement and team maturity.
 + Support scaling and alignment across multiple agile teams.
 + Foster transparency, collaboration, and self-organization., * Customized training: access to Coursera to learn whatever you want, whenever you want.
 * Weekly language classes (English & German).
 * International Mentoring Sessions & Experience Days.
