 * Infra and DevOps -You know your way around cloud deployment patterns (e.g. to GCP or AWS). You might have written some Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD workflows\n
 * Most importantly, you are a fast learner who is eager to learn any technology required to solve the problem at hand\n
 * High Agency - You see a critical problem outside your immediate scope, like an infrastructure bottleneck or a customer friction point, and you fix it without being asked, exercising good judgment while doing so\n
 * Pragmatic & Fast - You value \"good enough to ship\" over \"perfectly engineered." You use AI assistants (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, Gemini) to automate the mundane so you can focus on the highest-value tasks\n
 * Nice-to-Have's -German Language Proficiency - While English is our primary language, German fluency is a strong plus to help us better support our core industrial customer base\n
