 * Nachweisliche Erfahrung darin, Roadmaps zu bauen und Delivery aktiv zu treiben - von der Priorisierung bis zum Release
 * Erfahrung mit UX-/UI-Design (Figma) und Prototyping
 * Know-how in E-Commerce/Webshop inkl. CRO und A/B-Testing
 * Exzellentes Stakeholder-Management
 * Offenheit für AI und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Hotjar, Miro, Mixpanel und Jira
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Subscription-Modellen und Billing-Systemen wie Stripe oder Adyen
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit AI und Agentic Development im Produktalltag (Prototyping, UI-Generierung, agentische Workflows) - oder große Lust, das bei uns aufzubauen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jeweils mindestens auf C1-Niveau
