## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder ein Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Security) - oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit IT-Security-Lösungen, idealerweise im Systemhaus- oder MSP-Umfeld.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Sophos-Portfolio (Firewall/XGS, Intercept X, MDR/XDR, Sophos Central).
 * Erfahrung in Projekt-Sizing, technischer Kundenberatung und Angebotsunterstützung.
 * Gutes Verständnis von Netzwerk- und Security-Architekturen (Firewalling, VPN/ZTNA, Segmentierung).
 * Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Beratung.
 * Idealerweise Sophos-Zertifizierungen (z. B. Sophos Certified Engineer oder Architect).

## Description

* Du berätst unsere Kunden eigenständig zu Sophos-Security-Lösungen - von der Firewall (XGS) über Endpoint (Intercept X) bis MDR/XDR.
 * Du erstellst Projekt-Sizings und kalkulierst Lizenz-, Hardware- und Aufwandsbedarf als Grundlage für passgenaue Angebote.
 * Du planst, implementierst und migrierst Sophos-Lösungen - remote und beim Kunden vor Ort.
 * Du bist technischer Ansprechpartner und Eskalationsinstanz für unsere Support- und Managed-Services-Teams.
 * Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unseres Sophos-Portfolios voran: Standards, Best Practices und neue (Managed) Security Services.
 * Du gibst Dein Wissen weiter und machst unsere Teams durch Schulungen und Enablement fit in Sachen Sophos., * Hybrides Modell: Teile Deine Zeit zwischen HomeOffice und unserem Büro auf
