Werde Teil unserer Mission, die Governance-Infrastruktur von Vorstandsbüros weltweit neu zu definieren und entscheidend voranzutreiben - und setze Maßstäbe, die Organisationen nachhaltig prägen.
Als Product Owner (m/w/d) verantwortest Du die operative Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Softwareproduktes Boardwise im agilen Umfeld. Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business, Stakeholdern und Entwicklungsteams und stellst sicher, dass aus Anforderungen konkrete, umsetzbare und wertschöpfende Produktinkremente entstehen.
Dabei treibst Du aktiv unter anderem die Integration von AI-Technologien - insbesondere im Microsoft-Umfeld - voran und übersetzt strategische Ziele in priorisierte Backlog-Items und greifbare Ergebnisse.

 * Verantwortungfür das Product Backlog (Pflege,Priorisierung, Refinement)
 * Übersetzung von Anforderungen aus Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern in klare User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
 * Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Wertflusses im Kanban-bzw. agilen Arbeitsumfeld
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams, insbesondere im Microsoft-Ökosystem (z. B. M365, Azure)
 * Aktive Steuerung und Moderation von Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Unternehmensebenen
 * Unterstützung beider Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Produktvision und Roadmap
 * Integration und Weiterentwicklung von AI-basierten Funktionen im Produkt (z. B. Copilot, LLM-basierteFeatures)
 * Zusammenarbeit mit UX,Data und Engineering zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Nutzer-erfahrung
 * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Usability und Business Impact der umgesetzten Features
