 * Kenntnisse in ITIL oder vergleichbaren Governance-Frameworks

## Description

* Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Governancestrukturen, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten
 * Steuerung und Optimierung von Abstimmungs-, Entscheidungs-, Demand- und RFC-Prozessen
 * Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen zentraler und divisionaler IT sowie Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von KPI-, Reporting- und Steuerungsstrukturen
 * Erstellung von Management-Reports, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Präsentationen
 * Begleitung bereichs- und konzernübergreifender Integrations- und Transformationsvorhaben
