## Description

Als IT Support Engineer (w/m/d) bei mobisys arbeitest du eng mit gesamten Mobisys Team zusammen und unterstützt deine 3 Kollegen in der IT. Wir suchen für November 2026.
Tätigkeiten

 * First- und Second-Level-Support für interne Anwender (remote und vor Ort)
 * Annahme, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungsmeldungen über ein Ticketsystem
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (Clients, Notebooks, Peripherie)
 * Benutzerverwaltung sowie Einrichtung von Accounts und Zugriffsrechten
 * Unterstützung bei der Administration der IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerk, Server, Drucker etc.)
 * Durchführung von Updates, Patches und einfachen IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen, Systemen und Prozessen
